The R4H Group was founded in 2004 by Kathy Brandon and named The Ready for Happiness Group, providing consulting and coaching to growing non-profits and small business owners.
In the early years we had Dream Team Masterminds that taught small business owners how to Package, Market and Create Memorable Connections. Small business owners gained the opportunity to experience high end consulting in an affordable venue. They learned how to market their unique service – how to connect with their target market -and- how to convert normal “networking” relationships into profitable business partnerships. These amazing business owners, in web design, coaching, consulting, speaking and graphic design, made lifelong friendships. It was great and Kathy knew there had to be more.
Strategists shared their frustration with Kathy time and time again. They were pouring their hearts out writing and devising work strategies and the clients could not manage the implementation. It was the same story Kathy had heard from coaches, consultants and other clarity experts.
Implementation was “The Missing Ingredient.”
R4H Group’s Strategy Resources were packaged with Implementation Resources so people could plug into the “machine.” Whether the client wanted to use the total package, a portion or simply learn how to utilize their own machine – the packaged resources provided the answer to their implementation challenges.

In another critical decision Kathy said, “I only want to offer implementation that funds AND furthers the MISSION.” As much of a challenge as it is for Creatives to focus on the Revenue side of projects and delivering excellence, Kathy and the R4H Group are the answer to the details and opportunities, you SEE, but don’t have time to finish!
Soon the group concluded that they could best serve a niche market of Professional Platform Speakers and Business Owners who Speak as a Primary Marketing Vehicle. The synergy and solution was exactly what the market place needed and R4H Group committed to being the Premiere International Speaker Outsourcing and Strategy Resource.
As time moved forward and R4H established themselves as a Premier Outsourcing Partner, they branched out into Retired Military Leaders, and Professional and Retired Athletes. Everyone has a message and a passion…it’s R4H’s job to hold all the balls in the air, allowing the Professionals to focus on their talent and skill.
